The spacious living room with comfortable sofa and smart TV leans against the brand new open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas stove, you name it. In the separate, spacious bedroom you sleep on a comfortable Emma mattress. The large bathroom with walk-in shower is brand new.
This apartment is part of our beautiful guesthouse Beach Break. You can park safely on the street or in the fenced driveway.

Surf City
Above all, Peniche is a surfing town. You see surf vans all year round, people with surfboards under their arms or under their feet. Every year the world cup wave surfing is also organized here. We team up with the coolest surf teachers for an experience like no other!
Fishing town
Guesthouse Beach Break is located by the sea and surrounded by typical fishermen's houses. Peniche is therefore a real fishing town, where the small-scale, authentic fishing industry still flourishes. You've come to the very best place for fresh fish!

In Peniche you will find everything within walking distance: excellent restaurants, cozy bars, beach bars, shops, museums, beaches: you will find it all here within a radius of one and a half kilometers!
Islands and peninsulas
Peniche is a peninsula and is surrounded by numerous beaches. Less than 100 meters from the guesthouse is Papôa, another small peninsula. A beautiful walk that leaves from the guesthouse leads you around it. Another peninsula is the beautiful Baleal and a boat takes you in 30 minutes to the Berlengas, an incredibly beautiful, almost deserted group of islands, accessible from the port of Peniche.
