Quinta Charlotte is an authentic, completely renovated farmhouse dating back to 1903.
This holiday home is located 500 meters from the Atlantic Ocean between two beautiful seaside resorts, the fashionable Foz do Arelho and the popular São Martinho do Porto.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms (9 guests), 3 well-kept bathrooms, 3 toilets, a comfortable living room, a kitchen with all modern appliances - including a dishwasher, no worries. :-)
There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, Smart TV with cable, unlimited free WiFi, ...
We are happy to provide a free baby bed, baby bed linen, eating utensils and high chair for the little ones.
There is a large covered sun terrace with lounge, Portuguese oven and barbecue. The terrace overlooks the beautiful swimming pool of 5 by 10 meters and the beautiful garden with a rich fauna and flora.
All linen is included. The beds are made upon arrival. There are enough bath and kitchen towels. Beach towels and bath mats are also available.
To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, we make sure that you are personally welcomed by us upon arrival. We show the house, hand over the keys and are available by phone during your entire stay. We are also present at your departure to receive the key again.

Location
The farm is located a stone's throw from the ocean, 4 kilometers from the seaside resort of São Martinho do Porto and 5 kilometers from the beautiful Foz do Arelho.
The cosmopolitan city of Lisbon is less than an hour's drive away at 90 kilometers.
Even closer is the medieval, completely walled Obidos (15 km). The high waves of Nazaré can be found 20 kilometers away. From the nearby surf town of Peniche (35 km) you can sail to the uninhabited Berlenga Islands, an excellent place for diving and snorkelling. Exploring the Unesco world heritage in Batalha, Alcobaça and Tomar is of course also possible.

We live here and for good reason! On the Peniche peninsula you are literally surrounded by the ocean, which makes this place one of the healthiest on the European mainland.
The small-scale fishing here is in perfect harmony with the lively surfing bustle. Because surfing is nowhere in the world better than here!
The guesthouse itself is constructed in such a way that everyone's privacy can be easily respected. Unwind in one of our three holiday apartments, each with one to three bedrooms.
